What’s your refund policy? +
Contact us within 30 days of a charge and we’ll refund it, monthly or annual. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
What happens to my price if BrassDrop raises prices later? +
You’re grandfathered in at your original price for as long as your subscription stays active. New users pay the new price; existing users keep their rate.
Can I switch between plans? +
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal on your account page. Stripe credits the unused part of your current period toward the new one.
What if I cancel and want to come back? +
The free tier is always available. If you reactivate a paid subscription after cancelling, the current price at that time applies — the grandfather lock requires a continuous subscription.
How do I cancel? +
Cancel anytime from the billing portal on your account page. No phone calls, no retention pitches. You keep Tracker until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
Do you sell firearms or ammunition? +
No. BrassDrop is a price tracking service. We help you find deals across retailers who sell firearms and ammunition, and we earn a commission when you buy through our links — the same model as Honey or Slickdeals.
Do prices include sales tax? +
No. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout where your state charges it. Stripe works it out from your billing address and shows it before you pay.
Is my payment information secure? +
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card information never touches BrassDrop’s servers. You can update or remove your payment method any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account billing section.
What if I don’t shoot enough to justify the paid tier? +
The free tier exists for exactly that case. If you’re not getting value, stay free or downgrade — no hard feelings. The paid tier pays for itself for shooters who burn through ammo regularly and care about timing the market.
