#Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using brassdrop.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BrassDrop. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required to purchase the products you track where you live, whichever is higher.
BrassDrop tells you where things are cheap and in stock. We don't sell anything — every purchase happens on a retailer's site, under that retailer's terms.
#The Service
BrassDrop tracks prices and stock for ammunition and firearms across third-party retailers, and sends alerts when listings change. We are not a seller, dealer, broker, or transferee, and we never take possession of any product.
Some outbound links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you buy through them. Commissions never change your price, and no retailer pays for placement or ranking.
#Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- One person per account — shared or resold accounts may be suspended
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access
#Subscriptions and Billing
The free tier is free. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- Cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period
- Refunds are available within 30 days of a charge: contact us to ask for one. After that, cancelling stops future renewals
- We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an existing plan
#Retailers and Pricing
Prices, stock, and shipping costs come from retailers and can change between our last check and your visit. BrassDrop shows when each listing was last checked, but the retailer's checkout is always the final price.
Every purchase, shipment, age verification, and legal transfer is between you and the retailer. You are responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to buying, owning, and transporting what you purchase.
#Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export BrassDrop data without written permission
- Resell or republish alerts or price history as your own service
- Interfere with the site's operation or probe it for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure
- Use BrassDrop to facilitate any unlawful sale or transfer
#Disclaimers and Liability
BrassDrop is provided "as is". We work hard to keep data accurate and alerts timely, but we do not guarantee that any price, stock status, or alert is correct, complete, or delivered on time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrassDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deals or purchases made from retailers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
#Changes and Termination
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use BrassDrop after that means you accept the updated terms.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Questions go to our contact page.
